Ritika J. is the Founder and CEO of Nourish Mantra®, where ancient Indian wisdom is blended with modern chemistry to produce holistic beauty products with a commitment to purity and sustainability. With a background in sales and marketing, Ritika served as Director of Sales at VIOLIFE, overseeing performance-driven personal care products, and held the position of Global Sales Manager at Kahn Lucas, a leader in children’s apparel. Prior experience includes significant contributions to Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited, where leadership in sales functions and strategic branding initiatives was demonstrated, including the launch of a successful multi-million dollar CSR campaign. Ritika holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology and has participated in the D2C Growth program through Xpert.
