Maxim Ivanchenkov is an experienced customer operations and project manager with a diverse background in product development and design. Currently serving as a Customer Operations Manager and NPD Project Manager at noumi since December 2019, Maxim has successfully managed the entire product development lifecycle for plant beverages, dairy beverages, and cereals and snacks across multiple production sites in Australia. Previous roles include Regional Design Training Manager and Production Manager at sgsco, where Maxim led training initiatives and managed a team of production artists, as well as roles at Tetra Pak, including Senior Design Developer, where Maxim ensured quality control during print press approval in Japan. Maxim holds a Bachelor of Electronic Arts degree in Graphic Design from Western Sydney University.
