Aileen Xianlin Yan is a Senior Marketing Manager at noumi since August 2018, where responsibilities include driving business growth for self-owned brands, particularly the MILKLAB brand, which is the leading foodservice plant-based brand in Australia and has expanded to Tmall Global. Aileen's previous experience includes working at Unilever from April 2014 to May 2017, where roles included Brand Manager and Management Trainee, leading brand-building initiatives in China and winning awards for innovative digital marketing. Aileen holds a Master's degree in Economics and International Financial Economics from the University of Warwick, a double BA in Journalism and TV directing from the Communication University of China, and is currently pursuing further studies at Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
