Naomi McFadden is an Associate Solicitor in the specialist Court of Protection, Trusts and Charities team at Nelsons Solicitors since January 2024, focusing on charity governance, deputyship appointments, trust creation, and administration. In addition, Naomi serves as a Committee Member for Nottingham Professional Services, promoting inter-discipline networking, and holds the roles of Secretary and Trustee for Nottinghamshire Blood Bikes, which provides a volunteer-run transport service to the NHS. Previously, Naomi was the Vice Chair of the Nottinghamshire Junior Lawyers Division from December 2019 to December 2023, with additional service as Secretary and Sports Representative. Naomi's earlier experience includes work as a Private Client Solicitor at Roythornes Solicitors, various roles during academic studies at the University of Liverpool, and positions in organizations such as Buckles Solicitors LLP and Merseyside Welfare Rights Limited. Educationally, Naomi holds an LLM LPC from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Liverpool, as well as completing education at The West Bridgford School.
