Kev Bowles is an experienced asset data manager with a strong background in performance management and systems development within the housing sector. Currently serving as Asset Data Manager at Nottingham Community Housing Association since December 2019, Kev previously held the position of Asset Manager (Quality & Performance) at The Pioneer Housing and Community Group Limited, focusing on asset systems development, energy improvements, and continuous service improvement. Prior experience includes a role as Performance/Business Support Manager at Charnwood NH/BC, where Kev developed corporate performance frameworks and led change management initiatives. Kev's earlier career includes significant contributions as Asset Management Systems Manager at Metropolitan and as Senior Business Development Analyst at AccSys.
