Tinaka Niven has a diverse work experience in finance operations and reconciliation spanning over two decades. Tinaka began their career as an Accounts Clerk at Merrill Lynch in 1994, followed by roles at various organizations such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Shell, and Direct Line Group. Tinaka eventually joined Notting Hill Genesis in 2013, where they progressed from Reconciliation Manager to Finance Operations Manager and currently holds the position of Head of Finance Operations. In between, they also worked as a Treasury Assistant at Age UK.

Tinaka Niven attended Edgewater College from 1989 to 1993. Tinaka then pursued a Foundation degree in Journalism at the University of the Arts London from 2005 to 2007.
