Nesline Lee has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, starting as an HR Advisor at Barts and The London NHS Trust in 2005. Nesline then progressed to roles such as Senior HR Advisor at Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust, where they provided HR advice and managed various issues. Nesline later took on roles at QCDA and Genesis Housing Association, where they led major change programs and provided HR support. Currently, Nesline holds the position of Head of HR Business Partnering at Notting Hill Genesis, overseeing HR operations within the organization.

Nesline Lee studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the University of Greenwich, where they completed a Bachelor of Business degree.
