Usama Al-Azb, currently a Teacher of English and ATL Leader at ACS International Schools since September 2019, specializes in teaching English to MYP5 and SAT/ACT preparation for Grade 11, alongside leadership in Approaches to Learning (ATL). Previous experience includes teaching English Literature and other subjects at St. Fatima International School from September 2016 to August 2019, and teaching English to Grades 7 and 8 at Noor International School and Al-Amal Language School from 2010 to 2016. Notable achievements include developing a tracking system for ATL skill management and creating an auto-reporting system that significantly reduced teachers' workload. Usama's educational background includes a Diploma in TESOL from Notting Hill College, a Master's in Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and ongoing studies in Education and Psychology at Ain Shams University. Usama participated in an IB Workshop for International Educators in 2022.
