Equasha Smith has worked in multiple roles and organizations over the span of their career. Equasha began their professional journey in 2006 at the YMCA of Greater Omaha, where they served as a Business Manager until November 2014. In 2013, Equasha joined Nothing But NET as an Assistant Director, responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the Core Service areas for youth aged 6 to 18. Equasha provided leadership and supervision to program and volunteer staff, ensuring the implementation of age-appropriate and culturally diverse programs. Since 2017, Equasha has been a Site Director at Civic Nebraska.
