Andrew Cummings is a Senior Food Scientist with extensive experience in product development and innovation within the food industry. Currently employed at NotCo since June 2022, Andrew focuses on creating plant-based dairy replacements, such as cheeses and cream cheeses, while collaborating on projects with Kraft Heinz. Prior to NotCo, Andrew worked at Ripple Foods, leading the beverage business unit, and at Treasure8, where novel technologies were employed to develop nutritionally beneficial products. Andrew's earlier roles include food science positions at Sanitarium, University Meat, and various confectionery roles that highlight a strong background in both food technology and nutrition, supported by formal education in Food Technology and a Diploma in Confectionery Manufacturing.
