Hayley Caddes is a seasoned professional in the fields of technology, data science, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Not Therapy since October 2023, Hayley previously founded and acted as CEO of Chill Pill, a mental health app for Gen Z women that garnered significant funding. Hayley's experience includes roles as Director at The Knowledge Society, Lead Data Scientist at BerlandTeam, and various research positions at Columbia University and the University of Puget Sound. With a strong educational background in chemical engineering and chemistry from Columbia University and the University of Puget Sound, Hayley has developed expertise in machine learning, big data, and statistical analysis, as well as a passion for empowering individuals through community-focused initiatives.
