Lauren Fairgrieve has extensive experience in the publishing industry, currently serving as an Editor (Non-Fiction) at Nosy Crow since November 2018, where previous roles included Junior Editor, Assistant Editor, and Editorial Assistant. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Freelance/Temporary Administrative Assistant at The Bookseller and completed an Editorial Internship at Simon & Schuster UK, focusing on picture research and proofreading. Additional volunteer experience includes organizing the Queen's Park Book Festival bookshop. Lauren also held various roles at Edinburgh University Students' Association, culminating in a position as Catering Team Leader during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Lauren's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Publishing from UCL and an Undergraduate MA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh.
