Chantal Kornblum, PhD, currently serves as Manager of Member Experience at Veris Insights and holds the position of Social Media Strategist at NoSweat, where Chantal develops social media strategies for brands with over 20,000 followers. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Discover International, managing client relationships in biotech and pharmaceuticals, and serving as a DE&I Consultant at Florida International University, where Chantal designed a handbook on the employee lifecycle of individuals with developmental disabilities. Additional roles encompass being a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisor at JM Family Enterprises, a User Experience Researcher at YES Institute, and various research and teaching positions during undergraduate and graduate studies. Chantal earned a PhD and master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Florida International University, along with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boise State University.
