Ulugbek Makhmadiyarov is currently the Head of Finance at Nostrum Oil & Gas since July 2014. Previously, Ulugbek worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young from November 2005 to June 2014. Ulugbek holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent, and has also completed an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA. Additionally, Ulugbek studied as an International Exchange Student at Waseda University in 2002.
