Eric Adu is an accomplished R&D Manager at Bright Innovation Labs since May 2024, leading a team of Research and Innovation Chemists in developing prototype formulas aligned with current and future trends, while overseeing the scale-up of new products for production. Prior experience includes serving as an R&D Senior Chemist at BOCCHI LABORATORIES OHIO, LLC, where Eric Adu focused on research and product development according to customer specifications from February 2018 to July 2024. Prior roles include Formulation Chemist positions at Nostrum Laboratories, Sun Pharma, and PharmaFORCE, where Eric Adu designed and executed formulation development for various pharmaceutical dosage forms. Eric Adu began the professional journey as a Chemist at Boehringer Ingelheim shortly after earning a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati, following earlier studies at The Ohio State University.
