Johanna Ruuskanen possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Nosto since August 2015, with previous roles as HR Coordinator, Operations & HR Manager, and Operations Coordinator, where responsibilities included accounts receivable and payable management, customer service, HR processes support, and office administration. Prior to Nosto, Johanna held the position of Branch Manager at Sixt Rent a Car Finland from January 2014 to July 2015, managing car rental transactions and participating in employee training and onboarding. Additional experience includes a role as Marketing Assistant at Sixt, focusing on social media management, website content, and event organization. Johanna was also a founding member of the VENDUE co-operative, contributing to business management and marketing campaigns. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and exchange studies at Breda University of Applied Sciences.
