Wolfgang Kessler has a diverse work experience in the fields of bioprocessing, engineering, and technology. Wolfgang is currently serving as the Head of Bioprocessing at Nosh.bio GmbH since March 2023. Previously, they held the position of Director Bioprocess at biotechrabbit GmbH from November 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Merz Pharma Dessau in various roles, including being the Head of Engineering Science and Technology from August 2016 to June 2020 and the Head of engineering API production - Project-engineer from September 2014 to June 2016. Wolfgang also has experience at the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research as the Head of fermentation facility and the Quality Assurance Manager (GMP) from July 2007 to August 2014. Wolfgang started their career as a Project Engineer at the German National Research Centre for Biotechnology from September 1991 to January 2002.

Wolfgang Kessler completed their Biotechnology degree, Dipl. Ing. (FH), from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen from 1985-1990. In 1989, they also worked as a visiting researcher in Biochemical Engineering at the University of Waterloo.
