Bryce Riggs is an experienced Petroleum Landman currently working at Norwood Land Services, LLC since December 2016. With a background as a Self-employed Land & Mineral Title Researcher since April 2007, Bryce specializes in researching land and mineral titles for ownership reports used in leasing and acquisitions, as well as negotiating and acquiring mineral leases for clients. Prior to this, Bryce served as a Mineral Buyer & Petroleum Landman at Anthem Oil and Gas, Inc. from April 2007 to November 2016, focusing on the acquisition of mineral, royalty, and working interests, while conducting due diligence and economic analysis. Bryce holds multiple Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing, Management, and General Business, along with a minor in Mathematics and Statistics from Texas Tech University.
