Nolan Foley is a skilled technician with extensive experience in maintenance and operation roles within public utilities and municipal services. Currently serving as a Sewer Collections Maintenance Technician at Norwich Public Utilities since June 2021, Nolan has previously held positions such as Light Equipment Operator for the City of Norwich CT for a brief period in 2021 and Laborer at the City of Norwich Department of Public Works from October 2018 to May 2021, where responsibilities included water basin drainage installations, asphalt paving, and infrastructure maintenance.
