Michael E Fowler is an experienced professional with a background in nuclear operations, engineering, and emergency management. Currently serving as a Control Room Operator at Norwich Public Utilities since May 2014, responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining utility services for a community of over 40,000 residents. Prior experience includes roles as a Lead Engineer at Engineering Planning and Management Inc., Advanced Planning Officer for the Naval Submarine Support Facility NLON, and various positions within the US Navy, where skills in leadership, technical planning, and system analysis were honed. Michael holds a Master's degree in Emergency Management from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of the State of New York.
