Stephen Clarke is an experienced football professional currently serving as the Suffolk Coordinator for the Norwich City FC Regional Development Programme since June 2023. In addition, Stephen acts as the East Representative for the RA-FA Youth Council, collaborating with County FA’s and Referee associations to enhance referee support. With a background as a football referee since May 2015, Stephen has officiated numerous youth competitions, including semi-finals and finals. Previous roles include food and beverage assistant at Center Parcs and coaching positions at Bloomsbury Football and SPORTING 87 EDUCATIONAL TRUST, where the focus was on player and personal development. Stephen also gained coaching experience at Ipswich Town FC and Hundon Football Club. Educational qualifications include a Level 3 extended Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science from Mildenhall College Academy and further studies at UCFB from 2019 to 2021.
