Shaun Howes has experience working as the Workforce Development Manager and Coach Recruitment Manager at Norwich City Community Sports Foundation since July 2017. Prior to that, Shaun served as the FDC General Manager at Norfolk County Football Association from July 2009 to July 2017. Shaun completed their education at Hewett School in Norwich from 1990 to 1994.
