Scott Ribbons is an experienced youth worker and community coach currently employed at the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation since February 2023. Previously, Scott held positions as a Specialist Play Worker at SHINE (EAST NORFOLK) and as a Football Coach with the Norfolk County Football Association, focusing on delivering football sessions to support ladies over 18 dealing with mental health challenges. Scott's early career included a brief role as a PE instructor with Ormiston Academies Trust, where lessons were delivered to primary school children. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physical Education, Sport and Health from the University of East Anglia and a Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Music Practitioners from Access Creative College.
