Robby Economides has extensive work experience in quality assurance and software testing. Robby has held various positions in different companies, including Norwex USA, Health IQ, Netchex, General Dynamics Information Technology, C-Innovation, LLC, Geocent, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, SBS, and Lewis Computer Services.

At Norwex USA, they served as the Sr. Director of Quality Assurance, where they were responsible for managing teams of quality engineers and developing processes for the entire development department. Robby successfully spearheaded the reorganization of the team, hiring new QA, DevOps, and Release Management engineers, and increasing the team size. Robby also implemented release management processes, established automation frameworks, and managed the department's budget.

Prior to their role at Norwex USA, they served as the Director of Software Quality Assurance at Health IQ, where they focused on ensuring software quality.

At Netchex, they worked as the Director of Software Quality Assurance and was responsible for managing multiple teams and developing QA processes, including automation. Robby achieved accomplishments such as fostering employee development, improving department aspects, overseeing releases, and partnering with clients to enhance the QA process.

Before that, they held the position of the Senior Manager of Quality Engineering at General Dynamics Information Technology, where they managed projects and individuals for multiple applications. Robby was involved in establishing rapport with stakeholders, leading project activities, and identifying and prioritizing test cases for automation.

Robby Economides also gained experience as the Director of Global Quality and IT at C-Innovation, LLC, Quality Manager at Geocent, IT Quality Advisor at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, and held various management roles at SBS.

Robby began their career as an Automated Test Specialist at Lewis Computer Services, where they created and maintained automated test scripts using Rational SQA Robot, created SQL scripts, and developed programs to facilitate the QA process.

Robby Economides holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Louisiana State University. Robby also has a certification as a Certified Lead Auditor.
