Justin Martin, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Hotel Operations Optimization and Project Manager at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. Since September 2023. Previously, Justin held the position of Senior Manager, Digital Guest Experience & Delivery at Tim Hortons, where innovative strategies were implemented to improve customer experience and retention. Justin's extensive background includes roles as a Guest Experience Project Manager and Treasury Manager at Norwegian Cruise Line, Founder of Tabby LLC, Operations & Product Manager at Tropical Foods LLC, and District Manager at ALDI Stores, among others. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Operations from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, in addition to educational credentials from Harvard University.
