Sondre Hynne is currently employed as a Driftstekniker for Arctic Offshore Farming at SalMar Aker Ocean since August 2023 and at Norway Royal Salmon ASA since June 2022. Sondre's professional background includes previous roles as a Driftstekniker at SalMar from August 2022 to April 2023, and as a Røkter at Mowi during two separate periods in 2020 and 2021. Sondre has also gained experience through independent work on a farm from June 2014 to August 2021 and providing maintenance services at STEINKJER BY- OG BYGDESERVICE SA from April 2018 to August 2019. In terms of education, Sondre is pursuing a Master's degree in Fiskeri & Havbruksvitenskap at UiT Norges arktiske universitet from July 2022 to June 2024, having previously completed a Bachelor's degree in Havbruksdrift og Ledelse at Nord University from 2019 to 2022, and achieving a General study competence with a focus on sports at Steinkjer Videregående Skole from 2015 to 2018.
