Martin Sagerup is an experienced professional in the aquaculture sector, currently serving as Leder tilvekstsenter at Norway Royal Salmon ASA since April 2021. Prior to this role, Martin worked at Nova Sea AS as a Produksjonsoppfølger in the sea department from September 2017 to April 2021. Martin's experience also includes a period at Troms fengsel as a Fengselsvikar from October 2012 to April 2017, and a summer position at Lamo ungdomsenter in June 2015. Earlier career foundations were laid at Salaks AS from June 2007 to May 2013 as a Røkter/akvatekniker. Martin holds a Master's degree in Marked og ledelse - Fiskeri- og havbruksvitenskap from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway, completed between 2012 and 2017, along with a semester in Exphil, exfac, and kulturforståelse from Nesna University College in 2011.
