Arthur Buduryan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the International Legal Matters Manager at Cenomi Retail, responsibilities include organizing and managing transactions in diverse jurisdictions and leading multicultural teams. Buduryan is also actively involved with the #120KProject, raising awareness about the situation in Artsakh. As Country Legal Counsel at Cenomi Group, Arthur provides legal support to 11 subsidiaries to ensure a legally secure workflow. Previous roles include partner at Legelata Law Firm, founder of Smart Legal LLC, and various positions in legal advisement and consultancy. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in European and International Business Law from Freie Universität Berlin and a Master’s degree in International Law from Yerevan State University, along with advocacy credentials from the School of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia.
