Kushagra Naicker is a junior engineer at Norton Motorcycles since September 2023, with previous experience as a summer intern at Tata Motors. Kushagra also served as the Head of Suspension and Steering Department at Xanthium Racing. Kushagra has a Master of Science in Automotive Engineering with Electric Propulsion from the University of Bath, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Don Bosco Institute of Technology. Kushagra has acquired skills in aerodynamics and vehicle dynamics, as well as resource management and teamwork during their various roles in the automotive industry.
