Ryan LaRock's work experience begins in 2010, where they worked as a Laser Operator/Assembler II at Pathway Medical. In this role, they followed instructions to prepare parts and assemblies, controlled quality through inspection steps, and operated laser welding machines. From 2014 to 2019, Ryan worked at Nortis, Inc. as a Production Lead. In this position, they managed the production team, coordinated manufacturing activities, and troubleshooted production issues. In 2019, Ryan joined AGC Biologics as a Buyer, where they fulfilled purchase requisitions, maintained accurate information in the MRP system, evaluated suppliers, and managed relationships with vendors. Later in 2019, they returned to Nortis as a Production and Inventory Control Manager, responsible for managing materials flow, setting production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and building products to meet demand forecasts.

Ryan LaRock attended Cordova High School from 2003 to 2007, where they earned their High School Diploma in the field of GE.
