Shaurya Luthra is a skilled technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering, ground segment architecture, and team management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Software at Northwood since October 2023, Shaurya previously held significant roles at Capella Space from April 2020 to December 2023, including Senior Manager of Engineering and Ground Segment Architect, leading a team to develop advanced ground software and infrastructure for satellite operations. Prior to Capella, Shaurya worked at Lockheed Martin as a Software/Hardware Engineer, focusing on cloud-native data solutions. In addition to technical roles, Shaurya has contributed to firefighting as a certified interior firefighter and has a solid academic foundation with a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, complemented by volunteer tutoring and teaching assistant positions.
