Jessie Grice is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and HR Business Partner at Northwestern Mutual since April 2019, Jessie has successfully led a diverse team to support digital transformation initiatives and has significantly enhanced the Career Development experience for employees.
