Anju Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science, analytics, and digital innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Data Science AI/ML at Northwestern Mutual since October 2020, Gupta previously held the position of Vice President and Data and Analytics Officer at Enterprise Holdings. Prior roles include Vice President of Sustainability Campaign at Syngenta and Director of Digital Innovation at Monsanto Company, where Gupta led multi-million dollar partnerships in data analytics and established a significant AI platform. Contributions as a Regional Advisory Board Member for NPower highlight a commitment to providing education and career development in underserved communities.
