John Kuang is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and help desk support. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Northwestern Medicine since November 2015, John specializes in CyberArk for privileged access, Powershell scripting for account onboarding, and Identity Access Management process improvements. John is also certified as a CyberArk Defender and Sentry. Prior to this role, John held positions including Senior Help Desk Analyst at Northwestern Medicine, where responsibilities included Level 1 Helpdesk support and training new hires, and Help Desk Engineer at ABS Associates, focusing on Active Directory management and employee onboarding automation.
