Jeremy Clemens is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at NorthWestern Energy since March 2013, Jeremy previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Jore Corporation/Rocky Mountain Twist, managing HR functions for a manufacturing facility in Ronan, Montana. Prior to that, Jeremy worked as Human Resources Manager at Avmax Montana Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing HR for repair and maintenance facilities in Great Falls, Montana, and Jacksonville, Florida, along with developing the company's first AA/EEO plan. Jeremy’s earlier experience includes roles as a Recruiter at People Incorporated and Deputy Director at Project Vote Smart, focusing on recruitment and employee management. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Flagler College.
