Glenda Gibson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Eastern Washington University. Glenda has held various roles in finance and regulatory compliance, including Chief Financial Officer for water and wastewater utilities, Assistant Controller for the Municipality of Anchorage, and Grant Accountant for the City of Kotzebue. Currently, Glenda serves as Manager of Regulatory Compliance at NorthWestern Energy and has previous experience as a consultant in regulatory affairs.
