Dean Bentley is an experienced professional in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Labor Relations Specialist at NorthWestern Energy since November 2013. In addition to this role, Dean holds significant positions within the Montana Department of Labor & Industry as Vice Chair of the State Workforce Innovation Board and Chairperson of the Apprenticeship Council since July 2018. Dean also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Montana Tech from August 2020 to May 2023, where preparation of future business leaders centered on the significance of Human Resources. Prior experience includes serving as Product Sales Manager and OSR at ProBuild Holdings from May 2010 to November 2013. Dean earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology from Montana Technological University between September 2004 and May 2010.
