Cathy Poulter has been a Program Manager in Business Transformation initiatives at Northwestel since May 2007. Prior to that, Cathy held various positions at KPMG Management Consulting and predecessors from 1989 to 1995, including Manager Field Operations - Service and Manager PMO. Cathy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Schulich School of Business - York University and a BES in Geography from the University of Waterloo.
