Talat Rashid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and community service. Serving as Vice President of Operations at TRAMCO PUMP CO since 1979, Talat has demonstrated strong leadership in operational management. As a Police and Fire Commissioner and Plan Commissioner for the Village of Bolingbrook, active involvement in public safety and urban planning is evident. Additionally, Talat serves on the board of regents at Northwest Suburban College and as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Greater West Town Community Development Project, focusing on enhancing student training in technical skills relevant to the business community. From 1998 to 2003, experience as an adjunct faculty member at Robert Morris University included lecturing on Operations Management. Talat holds a Master’s degree in Business/Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, along with two Bachelor's degrees in Business/English Literature from Karachi University and Management Information Systems/Business Management from Northeastern Illinois University.
