Barbara Worthington is an experienced professional in social services and healthcare management. Currently serving as a Case Manager OPI at Northwest Senior and Disability Services since December 2022, Barbara also founded and owns Caregiver Cards Alzheimer's and Dementia Communication Cue Cards. Previously, Barbara held the role of Social Services Director at Dallas Retirement Village, overseeing services for a 121-bed facility, and contributed to interdisciplinary teams focused on quality improvement and care planning. Additional experiences include roles as a Social Services Coordinator and life enrichment leader, as well as community outreach and educational positions related to Alzheimer's awareness and health education. Barbara holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Western Oregon University and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Umpqua Community College.
