Lisa Tassara has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Lisa is currently the Vice President of Operations at NWPS. Prior to this, Lisa held various leadership roles at Charles Schwab, including Managing Director of Retirement Business Services, where they led strategic initiatives, implemented Salesforce capabilities, and conducted client visits and presentations. Lisa also served as Managing Director of Asset Operations. Before joining Charles Schwab, Lisa worked at Fidelity Investments where they held the position of Director. Lisa also served as Senior Manager at Fidelity Investments Institutional Services, where they led a team and played a key role in advocating for enhancements on the advisor website and managing institutional money market trading activities. Lisa began their career at Putnam Investments as an Assistant Vice President.

Lisa Tassara completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Management from Lesley University in 2003. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2006.
