Nicole Fraser serves as the Chief Investigator at the Idaho Department of Correction since May 1998, leading various units including Internal Affairs and the Fugitive Recovery Unit. Responsibilities encompass evaluating and determining the necessity of investigations, overseeing all investigative staff, and consulting with legal professionals. Nicole has held roles such as Gang/Intelligence Coordinator, Correctional Sergeant, Correctional Corporal, and Correctional Officer, amassing extensive experience in managing investigations and supervising correctional staff. In addition, Nicole serves as the Regional Coordinator for the Northwest Gang Investigators Association and holds a Certified Public Manager credential from the Certified Public Manager Program. Education was completed at Boise State University.
