Selina Potter is an experienced professional in the field of groundwater regulation and environmental engineering, currently serving as the Chief of the Bureau of Groundwater Regulation at Northwest Florida Water Management District since September 2007. Prior roles at the same organization include Chief of the Bureau of Performance and Compliance Improvement, Program Manager, and Hydrologist IV, as well as Associate Engineer/Hydroengineer. Prior to this, Selina Potter worked as a Project Designer at WilsonMiller, Inc. Selina Potter holds a Master of Political Science in American Politics and Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Environmental Engineering from Florida State University, along with an Associate of Arts from Chipola Junior College and a diploma as Valedictorian from Holmes County High School.
