Noreen Dooley, Ed.D., serves as the Coordinator for the Training and Development Academy in Student Services at Houston Community College since August 2023. With a diverse background in educational technology and instructional design, Noreen has held various roles at the Northwest Council for Computer Education from February 2017, including Ed Tech Advisor and Coordinator of Professional Learning. Previous experience includes positions as Technology Coordinator at St. John Paull II Catholic School, Classroom Technology Designer at Katy ISD, and Digital Learning Coach at Lamar CISD. Noreen's teaching experience spans several grades and districts, starting as an elementary school teacher in Quinlan ISD and Bryan ISD. Educational qualifications include an ongoing Doctor of Education at Houston Christian University, a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University.
