Kim Landtroop is an experienced education professional with a robust background in technology and instructional development. Currently serving as a Professional Learning Specialist at the Northwest Council for Computer Education since December 2021, Kim designs and delivers nationwide professional development programs and manages course alignment within the Learning Management System. Since August 2014, Kim has also worked as a Technology Innovation Specialist at Duval County Public Schools, focusing on Microsoft 365 training and ongoing technology support for district employees. Previous roles at Duval County include District Professional Development Trainer and Instructional Coach/Staff Training Coordinator, where Kim provided comprehensive training, managed professional learning communities, and supported educators through individualized coaching. Kim's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Penn State University.
