Ryan Lamphere has extensive experience in employment services, currently serving as Senior Manager of Employment Services at Northwest Center since August 2010. In this role, Ryan reviews and interviews candidates, creates training modules for new hires, and maintains strategic training initiatives while managing division forecasting metrics. Previously held positions include Employment Services Lead and Senior Employment Consultant. Ryan also has a background in design and fabrication as a Designer/Fabricator at L-Fab, along with entrepreneurial experience as Sales Manager/Owner of Visible Window Cleaning. Additional roles in educational settings contributed to skills in observation, intervention strategies, and student support. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Sciences from Central Washington University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Highline Community College.
