Caleb Beckford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Caleb began their career as an intern at the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce in 2002, where they focused on marketing and event coordination. In 2003, they worked as a Financial Advisor at American Express Financial Advisors, building client relationships and leading educational seminars. Caleb then transitioned to National Penn Bank, where they served as a Relationship Manager, managing a portfolio of performing commercial real estate credits. Caleb joined TD Bank in 2007 and held various roles, including AVP - Credit Analyst and AVP - Middle Market Credit Analyst, where they underwrote and managed commercial clients and mentored credit analysts. Caleb also completed TD Bank's post-MBA Management Associate Program, undertaking rotations in Small Business Banking and Enterprise Risk Management. Caleb took on leadership positions at TD Bank as VP, Credit Manager, and eventually Group Product Manager for SBA Division. Caleb then joined LendingClub as the Director of Commercial Strategy, where they led initiatives and managed projects across multiple business lines.
