Margie Jo Eun Joo Andreason serves as the Justice Equity Diversity Inclusion (JEDI) Director at the Northwest Area Foundation, leading the organization's strategy on JEDI initiatives while also engaging the Board and staff in social justice efforts. Previously, Margie held roles at the Foundation as JEDI Manager and Assistant to the President. In addition to this professional work, Margie co-founded the Network of Politicized Adoptees and has been actively involved in various volunteer positions, including as a steering committee member for Pan-Asian Voices for Equity Minnesota and a founding board member of the Coalition of Asian American Leaders. Margie's educational background includes a Master's Degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a B.A. from Concordia College.
