Chetna Tandon currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Northwest Area Foundation since June 2023. Prior to this role, Chetna held various positions at Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies from June 2015 to June 2023, including Manager of Talent and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Chetna's experience also includes a role as Senior Recruiter at Pentair and Recruiter at Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies. Before that, Chetna worked as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Singapore. Chetna holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development & Change Leadership, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, and an Executive Coaching Certificate from the University of St. Thomas, along with additional education from the Council on Foundations.
