Kasturi Pethe started their work experience in 2008 as a Software Engineer at Tata Motors, where they were responsible for requirement gathering and analysis. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Acellere as a Software Engineer, focusing on User Interface and User Experience work. Following that, they served as a Webmaster for an NGO from 2016 to 2019. In 2020, they became a Salesforce Administrator at Trailblazer Trailhead, where they handled various tasks related to org and user setup, data security, record customization, and automation. Currently, they are working as an Application Support Specialist at Northwest Administrators, Inc, starting in April 2021.
Kasturi Pethe earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2006 to 2008. From 2013 to 2015, they attended the National Institute Of Personnel Management and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2001 to 2006. Kasturi also attended Muktangan English School, although the duration and degree obtained are not provided. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Trailhead and Salesforce in February 2021. Kasturi also earned the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy in March 2020, and the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis from IIBA in February 2020.
